We see “We Buy Houses” signs everywhere and I’m sure you do too. It has become an important piece of our market, but what can you expect if you call one of these signs?

First, a salesperson will visit your house. Most of those people haven’t ever bought a house, and 90% of them are looking to get your house under contract and flip it to another investor without ever taking title to it. 

They have you agree to a price on the contract and then they sell the paper to the investor, close, and get the profit.
