Predictions for Local 2018 Home Values

A lot of people have been asking me about my predictions for home values in the coming year. I don’t have a crystal ball, but I do have a pretty good idea of what’s likely to happen.

Recently, a lot of people have been asking what I think home values are going to be in the coming year. 

For areas like East Pensacola Heights, East Hill, and Northeast Pensacola, I believe we can expect high rates of appreciation. In fact, I think we could see appreciation as high as 10%. 

In other areas, I predict that appreciation will see rates between 4% and 5%. 

Of course, no one has a crystal ball. It’s impossible to be perfectly sure of what is going to happen.

No matter what exactly happens in the coming year, I recommend that buyers make their move now. You’re certainly going to pay more the longer you wait. 

Sellers aren’t in a position to wait to sell, so buyers shouldn’t wait either.
