I were first time homebuyer in Pensacola Fl and Mr. Tommy did a great job making sure I understood each step, supported my decisions and found me exactly what I was looking for. He did not waste my time with homes that were out of our price range or not in line with my needs. A master with the contract negotiations and incredibly well networked, Mr. Tommy came up with a deal that was good for me and made the seller happy as well. He knows the county like the back of his hand and has been in the industry for over decades. I found Mr. Tommy to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if I was his only customer, although I know that was not the case. He returned all phone calls and emails the same day. I never felt neglected or unimportant. He is also highly personable with an engaging personality. I would recommend Tommy Huynh to anyone looking to buy a home. If I ever need to move again he will be my first choice in real estate agents .

Wonderful experience with Team Sandy Blanton Realty and especially with our agent Tommy Huynh! Tommy helped us find our first home in Pensacola and when we were ready to upsize to something a little larger, Tommy was our First and only choice to navigate this Hot/Crazy housing market. Tommy made suggestions to get our house ready for sale and when I expressed concern of climbing on a ladder for some repair work. Tommy did it for me! Our house came in $16k above asking with 14 offers. He kept us updated every step of the way. When we were house hunting, an emergency took us out of state and Tommy kept looking for us. He showed us houses by video call and we put a contract on our current home based on a video call. Love,Love Love the new home. Tommy Huynh is honest, hard working and cares about his customers.
